Our Process, What We Do

• We contact business owners via mail and phone two to three times a year.
• We determine if the company's and owner's objectives fit what our Strategic Equity Investor clients want.
• We have our clients sign a nondisclosure for the target company.
• We introduce our client to the principals of the target company.
• We arrange for a conference call between our client and the owner.
• We follow up as necessary.
