Here's how we work:

• We establish your company's circumstances through a direct phone call.
• We talk to our clients and outline your company's operations, strengths, finances, management and goals.
• Clients respond to Bear, confidentiality paperwork is sent out and returned, signed.
• Owners receive contact information for interested investors. We set up a conference call.
• You and the buyer are talking. You're on your way to achieving your goals.
