Our Objective: To find Direct Original Deal Flow target sellers of middle-market companies for our clients

• Middle-market companies have sales between $20 million and $250 million
• Direct Original Deal Flow -- companies that are not actively being marketed, but are willing to establish a dialog with strong buyers

Our Strategy: Provide deal flow to Private Equity Groups efficiently and cost effectively

• Show all new situations to each Private Equity Group client
• Introduce Private Equity clients to target sellers
• Provide detailed notes of conference calls to clients
• Follow up for clients as necessary
